As Did You Google just mentioned, if both are available one is being retired. For example, CompTIA offers SY0-601 and SY0-701, 601 is being retired in a few days, and then 701 will be the only one available.

Hi everyone, I have something to ask you all. I don't know if this is the right room for my question, but if it is against the rules, please pardon me.
My question is: a friend's relative was scammed after receiving a message on WhatsApp claiming to be from a crowdfunding site in India. I have the website address and did a basic scan using check-host.net.
I copied the IP address and ran a WHOIS lookup from my VMware. I have the phone number, but I don't know how to track it. Are there other ways to find the address or location of these individuals?
I have already reported this to the cybercrime cell, but since I am in a tier-3 country and living in a rural area, they aren't being very helpful.
What other ways can I search for these scammers? I have their website, IP address, and phone numbers.
