For hypertrophy/ muscle growth you increase the reps and lower the weights

It all depends on what you are going for. Are you looking for functional or aesthetic muscles? That will dictate the training you do

It’s a good start though, I did something similar; created a generic workout and built the foundation. Made training much easier when I had a basic frame and figured out what I actually wanted to train

I think a lot of places dont really have good grasps on pratical cybersecurity - maybe theroy or regurgitating some stuff from security + or the like, which isnt too bad but... I do wonder how many of these people have sat down at a computer, ran an exploit and got a shell or the like? For now it's a pretty basic LKM rootkit, it hooks the kill syscall to communicate with the user using kill signals and currently only has 2 commands. It can give you root and it can also hide itself from lsmod and rmmod by removing its module entry
