I don't think there is a certain path you have to follow to learn cyber security. Starting from linux and networking is good for understanding fundamentals. A little bit of Python and Bash is recommended. Other than that, you can take a look at some paths on Tryhackme. You don't need to have prior knowledge for Pre-Security and Intro to Cyber Security Pathways. Practicing is fairly important to grasp the topic. And in case you forget things note taking is a savior. This is all that comes to mind
