That's the equivalent of eth0, which is your wired interface configuration file

Eth0 is from ifconfig, which is deprecated, and was replaced by the ip suite

Then, while communicating with a company to replace the motherboard, I was ethernetted in playing minecraft. Three hours in, computer bluescreened. Powered it on, blue screened instantly. Errors pointed towards motherboard issue.
