THM provides certificates, which don't actually verify or guarantee that the recipient knows anything. It's just a participant trophy. Certifications are put on by an organizing body and verify that the taker has at or above a certain level of knowledge.

Found it. So, there were some discrepancies in the total number of rooms returned by different APIs. One said about 890 rooms, leading to 68% free, the other 833 rooms, leading to 63% free. We didn't actually find which one was correct, or ascertain how tf they were reporting different numbers. I'm gonna say they're both right and assume 65.5% of the content on the site is free
