i personally don't like the easy ones because they're very very very instructional and more reading than doing, but the higher ones are a lil bit more on your own
the Jr Penetration Tester path however has a bunch of stuff that's web-based, as well, like dealing with burp suite, and the command line stuff is pretty well explained (the nmap rooms for example are very well explained imo)

so if you want a challenge or want to be hands on, that one might not be a terrible idea, but be assess yourself as you go

if you think it's too much, you aren't locked in, you can always shift and start Cyber Defense or one of the green/easy ones like Sec Eng
