First software that caused it was software from Meta, it was a driver for a VR headset

And the second software that causes it is just installing Tor.

The BSOD code is something like Kernel Security Failure.

I tried reinstalling windows, reseating hardware and CMOS battery, but the only thing that works is restoring windows to the point where the software was not installed.

My advice is to learn 1 thing at a time. As a beginner, I found an all-in-one IDE such as Visual Studio or IntelliJ very helpful. As I learned more and got better at it, I found I wanted less 'heavy' toolchains that gave me more control over the process.

tldr; visual studio and x-code are great beginner's tools, and they can stay very useful depending on what your projects are and how much of a control freak you turn out to be.
