I was taking the train that I normally take to get to the office in an appropriate time but it was a connecting train that was cancelled halfway through my first one which means I had to calculate a new route, if I had to get any earlier I would have to be in the office at 8 as that's when the times I have, which means I would have to leave my house at 06:14 am just to get to work an hour before everyone else, and frankly I would like to have less travel time all together but this is the best I can do with the current salary expectations and work/school situation I am in which makes it quite difficult to change, the fact that I am in this situation and still push through with contact and working in places outside of the office to make due of the time that I have missed from being in a specific place would hopefully have been sufficient enough to get a proper response from you other than this.
I hope you understand my situation and I am doing what I can to provide value, but I frankly value my sleep and mental health over a job that takes me a total of 12 hours a day in travel to/from + expected hours sitting in an office, especially when it's proven that most of my tasks can be done from a remote position due to the frequency of tasks taking place physically in the office being low, with only some smaller manual tasks that are forcing me to the office.
I know you want to make me improve, but I am doing what I best can at the expense of my physical position and physical/mental health which I hope you understand is my first priority```

I put my toss away (unimportant)) email on my wife's phone a while ago. She isn't as tech savy as me, so they got my account before. I recovered account, no problem. Only thing they did anyways was just setup everyday reminders on my calendar they would ring an alarm every so often. More annoying than anything. After I recovered account, I changed password immediately and just deleted the entire email account shortly after. I guess a partial answer to my question would be to email the individual sites themselves my email is associated with, not the provider it comes from. Each site has their rules and robots.txt permissions. So, only way I know of, is to email each site and ask for my info to be removed

I'll probably have to use the same method they did in order to find them all, some harvesters, OSINT recon, and lots of emails seems my best bet. Unless anyone knows anything better.

I know someone is scraping sites and harvesting my emails from somewhere because I get these pathetic phishing attempts sent to me, but also about 500 others simultaneously (slightly exaggerating 😂) because there's an A-Z list of emails in the "sent to" section.

I suppose another route could also be to use a provider not listed on the "clear net". But TOR is sooo slow, and it'd probably end up being more of a hindrance than a help. Even then, it can still be targeted for harvesters, just not as frequently.
