there is science behind anything and if you're a nerd like me, you read scientific papers about testing, and what it's call a supertaster, it the equivalent as a virtuoso in music. 😂 and dig into wine history, and grape DNA studies to trace the origins of grapes

To determine if it’s worth something you can look at job descriptions of the roles you want and their requirements or beneficial “haves”
