Well as ADHD riddled( and in my case also anxiety) brain users we live in an era full of...well proven tools and methods. They don't even turn to pills anymore, therapists often have other psychological and habit based techniques they use for most people.

Almost no one wants to do it though because it takes time, energy, and is uncomfortable for awhile. Like getting in shape after being out of shape for awhile.

Yeah I totally get you. I dunno, I'm of the opinion that if you need some help you should be able to ask for it. I also try to do the things I want to do, but I try to listen to my body as well when it comes to pain and fatigue and stuff. I've spent many a work day laying on my couch instead of getting work done lol but it's not a big deal because my employer knows that when I'm up for it, I do great work. It's not something I abuse but in the age of work from home it's a privilege I have

yeah so I've got into the first container and have to move to the next container which I should now (with a bit of work) have access to the ssh server on the next container

although I can't do it from this machine really because it's:
a. alpine linux so I'd need to find static binaries to put on (easy)
b. it's not a full fledged terminal on the first and the user isn't setup for ssh in (www-data)

It is a container focused CTF that ended a few days ago but some of it is still available to play with

This challenge is one of them, it was actually in the CTF last year and no one solved it
