Like a year and a half ago tore the UCL ligament in my right one. Had surgery to bolt it back in after 7 months of running around with it. Recently in Sept the steering wheel ripped my left thumb back, similar type of painand issues. Gave in for an MRI after ~4 months. Now I have an apt Monday for the results to see if it needs surgery.

Child catapulted himself into my repaired right thumb over Xmas and it's still sore but usable. Surgeon I'm seeing now said the thumb joints are stable and thinks I should be good. Eventually will be doing PT on both after we find out if left needs surgery.

I would use something like https://lmstudio.ai/ and Mistral (GGML for CPU). Mistral is the best uncensored LLM at the moment, although I haven't seen the benchmarks. Just the hype!

The id_rsa file is usually the private key which can be used to prove its the user since it uses asymetric encryption so if the other side has the public key saved they can validate your credentials.
