Your van breaks down? your WHOLE house is in the garage for a few days. finding somewhere safe to park and sleep is a constant stress, Very very little space for stuff so having any hobbies that needs any sort of equipment is very hard. Getting power is not easy, even with solar panels. If you don't drive around for a few days (to charge it with the alternator) You have to ration lights etc. Any wall-plug stuff - forget it. That'll drain a battery in like an hour. Another one is water. It's surprisingly hard to get enough water. Keeping food cool - Cool boxes are okay but a small fridge will constantly be drawing from the battery,

You can actually get their device name (small chance), enter the email, tap forgot password. Try every method. One will show the device name/list

It’s dumb actually

Very first thing you do is gather any sort of unique identifiers from that email, like names, patterns or usernames. Depending on the provider, you can gather more information publicly available about the email. (for example, https://epieos.com/ or the Ghunt tool does some pretty good queries for emails and points out any exposed Google Maps, Calendar or Archive points you could look at)

Then you use the above stuff gathered to make a list of potential usernames or identifiers,
And you use google dorks on each term to find accounts that use the exact usernames/identifiers/names you've found

And you examine the accounts' public information to verify if the contents of that align with any information you know about the individual (Ie if they're a coder and you've found a GitHub, it may be linked) (epieos seems to give pointers to which sites you could comb)

Then you recursively continue repeating the above with any additional emails, usernames or identifiers you find
