i was gonna mention that nowdays as a developer, you kinda need to learn a tons of stuff
it isnt just that one thing and done
plus, because we love abstraction and making everything simpler, we are creating layers of them and its harder to get to the core isse
or better put, you need to dig down a couple of layers before getting to the bottom of the issue

and on top of that, there is a reason why people are complaning about more people becoming developers for fun ant then working in the industry
no problem in being a developer, but not knowing a lot of the underlying technologies is what the problem is
and another issue, we jump on new technologies / frameworks to learn them and be ready for new job opertunities

I suggest adding L - theanine it's a cognitive stack if you want to do your own research into it it basically takes away the jitteriness away from caffeine that anxiety like feeling if you're prone to anxiety it can worsen it.
