in my opinion, the THM Attackbox and Kali-Machine are awesome for people with a fast internet connection or for people who don't want to set up virtual machine.

Kali VM on virtualbox requires at least 2 GB of RAM. It can be hard to do some stuff on older PCs. Thats where the THM Attackbox comes in handy.

if it gets a lot faster.....you'll know if there is too much stuff running in the background. Or upgrade WiFi bandwidth. lol

I just did jack of all trades room where you have to change firefox settings, however, now, absolutely no rooms webservers will load, even once reverting the change. I am definitely connected to the thm network - it always forces https in the URL for the room IPs too.

I am on my own Kali machine. Never had an issue with FireFox before this room (jack of all trades), now I am unable to connect to rooms webservers to view the websites as it forces HTTPS and no matter which setting I change, I cannot connect. It is probably something very obvious. My issue is a separate issue from your Burpsuite issue.

@naive dust when you type in the url/ip address/http manually - There is a little black box that will pop up at the top right of your browser. It will ask if you're sure you want to go to the http site. click yes

also, make sure you're adding the room's webserver to your /etc/hosts

The problem is in that if you write letters that THM doesn't support into Full Name then after saving it will simply remove these letters. I didn't notice that my name is missing there sadly.

Hi everyone! Since yesterday it's almost impossible to work with hackpark. The access to the webserver, to the blogengine admin page everyhting is slow. The file manager does not load the page completely.... once I managed to get inside even to run a simple dir command sometimes takes ages to have a result. Is it possible to do something about this?? wordlist is medium. I go between HTB and THM and HTB i don't need to increase the threads and it operates at a decent speed.

I spoke to an awesome site staff member and they said that during the time we were talking, there was nothing worrying coming through the network stats on the Aussie VPN network.

They did suggest to try the Indian VPN server and see how that goes :)
