If anyone could answer this it would be great.

I use applications that prohibit the use of VPNs while the app is open, once the download pack is connected is that only associated with THM or will it remain in the background on my device?

I have used connection packs elsewhere before but disconnected and deleted the pack each time, and this was via VM.

I keep getting disconnecting issues, and I only have a small window before I lose connection, is this normal? (linux begginers) -- my VPN does say error "ping-restart" but when I do !multivpn I'm seeing a sudo version of the command and a non sudo command (finally a grep openven at the end), they're running the same config. I'm assuming it's normal?

Hello,

If anyone could answer this it would be great.

I use applications that prohibit the use of VPNs while the app is open, once the download pack is connected is that only associated with THM or will it remain in the background on my device?

I have used connection packs elsewhere before but disconnected and deleted the pack each time, and this was via VM.

Is there a issue with Vulnveristy? The http://<ip>:3333/internal page never finishes loading. If I stop the page loading, the page and upload prompt populate. But if I use it to try and upload the appropriate file, it never completes. I tried this a couple days ago and walked away from it because it was having issues. Any help is appreciated.

I'm currently trying to use the terminal to connect. It for some reason now works. There must be something wrong with the way the OpenVPN gui does it. This is not a TryHackMe error. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank s for your help Ninja

okay, so i did a the test room and it says im connected via vpn, but the result on a machine begs to differ.

had someone lese test it for me and they got i working so dont think my vpn is really working.

I also tried switching VPN server, i also regenerated my configure file and redownloaded it.

Well I'm pretty new but I'd guess that if your nmap gets anything other than "Host is down" then the VPN is working fine. Maybe verify the flags on nmap?
