Thanks, so I can't seem to connect to the adenum network. I've tried downloading the ovpn file and that particular one just spins "loading" though I can download the files to the other networks that I have available. I also tried just using the attackbox but that didn't work either. When I checked the network connections, I saw one for breaching and lateral, but enum was missing. Am I doing something wrong?

THM displays me that I'm connected and when I send a request to 10.10.10.10/whoami i get my ip back. Some rooms have their own machine, which you can directly access with the Split-View button at the top of the page. Some rooms provide only an IP address, and you can access it with your own VM (connecting with OpenVPN) or Attackbox (you can launch Attackbox with the "Start Attackbox" button). And Attackbox and Room's own machine are not the same. Room's own machine is specifically designed for the room itself, whereas Attackbox is a general machine you can use for every room.

I wrote this to inform you in case you are confused with the Attackbox and Room's machines.

I still have all the premium benefits and since june 29th 2023 won't come around anymore I don't think it'll go away.

On the left side of the browser VM there should be a little gray thing with an arrow on it that you can click on, it should open a text box that you can use to copy and paste between the VM and the Host

thanks, yeah found that but it is still pretty cumbersome.
I went into the about:config of firefox searched for clipboard and basically turned on every single on.
autocopy, copyprivatedatatoclipboardcloudorhistory,screenshotclipboard, clipboardevents, asyncclipboard, and use-cached-data and now it works.
The console now changed from copy/paste not supported by browser to "Async: copying to clipboard was succesful" so it will probably be one of the async things.
documenting this just so people can find it if they search for it, since I didn't think firefox would actually not support it.
Probably a reason why they are turned off, so use at your own risk.

Hey guys I am trying to connect to the openvpn on windows. I thought I followed the instructions but I am unable to connect.

What I did: I downloaded OpenVPN connect v3 like the instructions said. Then I opened it. It asked me to import a configuration file. So I went to this page: https://tryhackme.com/access and downloaded the configuration file under the "machine" tab where the VPN server was US-East-Regular-1 because that is closest to me. I then imported that configuration file into OpenVPN connect where prompted. Now on OpenVPN connect it shows server hostname then the a profile name right next to it. I click on the little switch button to turn it on and it spins and spins until it times out and I am unable to connect. The exact wording is "Connection Timeout: Connection Failed to Establish within the given time"

Anybody have any idea where I'm going wrong here?
