Hello ladies and gentlemen
Could someone from the tech support give me a hand, please ?

The issue i have:
When i go to subscribe in THM, the page for payment does not load, it is a pop-up made with chargebee.
I tried subscribing on an iPad, an iPhone, an android, a windows 10, windows 11, ubuntu, Kali, parrot, and an Xbox, all of the devices up to date on all updates and patches, i tried using different browsers in all systems* (chrome, edge, Firefox, safari **) , with these all up to date.
And i tried also connected to 3 different ISPs.

But i still cannot connect.

Note:
* these systems are excluding the Xbox due to applications limitations, in this particular case i used the default browser
** safari only used in apple systems

  • connections to different ISPs also had different network environments, but in none have been packages dropped due to firewalls.
  • also all systems have AV solutions but no incidents have been logged in any connection on any of the systems

Could you give me some help ?

Question to see if anyone else has had this problem - When I'm connected to a network VPN and the network timer dies, after the network starts I can't reach any of the machines on the network even though the VPN is still connected. I have tried restarting VPN, regenerating and redownloading, flushing cache and nothing helps. The only thing that seems to fix it is time, usually takes over night. Any ideas?

I have been using the in-browser attack box and have completed pre-security path and part of jr penetration tester path. Tonight I decided to use the openvpn on my virtual machine. I connected to the openvpn and verified it through the provided website. But anytime I run a command in my terminal I get an error saying the file or directory doesn’t exist. I have to do an assignment with Wireshark, it won’t let me ping a known IP on my network or google, yahoo or Cisco, I have to input the IP addresses and MAC addresses of those websites as well but can’t. I think it’s due to my firewall but I don’t quite understand the dangers of doing so. Not to mention I don’t even think I can find a websites IPv4 or MAC address even if I did ping it.

For some reason I cannot load https://www.tryhackme.com/room/blue. I can get to the page while logged out, but not while logged in. I can also get to other rooms while logged in (i.e. room/basicpentestingjt, room/overpass, room/blueprint. Any other room I try to load works). I have tried logging out and logging back in, connecting via a VM, and connecting using another computer. All cases just get stuck with the spinning load screen forever. I can't RDP onto the windows machine on Task 4 of the room MAL:Strings. I have tried using both xfreerdp and rdesktop, as well as deleting the host in xfreerdp known_hosts file. Please could someone help me out because I've been stuck trying to connect to the machine for over 30 minutes now lol.

The Halo network openvpn file size is 0 bytes when downloaded and it won't connect. I contacted support a week ago but they still did not come up with the solution. They post an update every 2-3 days and asks one question and wait another 3 days to reply. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Hey guys, i have an issue that has been left with for weeks, ever since i started using vms infact!!

Now whenever i have an instance on AWS with RDP and windows.. or linode with linux!

Every single time i try to connect to a vpn service i lose connection to my linode, rdp, account or whatever.

Even with burpe suit using proxies!! What is up with this, is it impossible to use socks and vpn on cloud based machines?? Has anyone else experienced this problem?

By the way i have used nordvpn, proton openvpn, free socks5 and paid socks5

Hi.
In JR pen testing under SQL Injection Task 6, when I insert the flag of level 2 after bypassing the login form, the sites says wrong answer.
Is it a bug or I'm doing something wrong?

Sup I need help related to the site's OpenVPN. Every time I'm toggling on the vpn I lose access to the internet. I guess it's because I'm using the vpn's gateway which I'm sure is disconnected.
