how should i separate different domains? | NestJS | Page 1

so i'm making real state backend and i not 100% how to separate or define the differents domains and i would like to see if smoeone can come up with anything,

so far what i got is like 4 defined domains so it would be listing ( listings and properties goes into the same domain) agents, users and images,

is this a good approach to start with?
