Oh, dont worry about that, the guys who are proper admins don't leave downvotes from what I have seen. Most of the time, the downvotes are from random players who dont have an admin tag - so dont worry, if you apply to be an admin, you still have a chance at being a trial admin 🤟

If you are sending in a steady stream of tickets with report, you are already doing your job. To be honest, in your applications it sounds like you would be too aggressive in how you issue punishment. To me it sounds like you want to actively cause change in community, not just deal with people causing disruption for others.
They have enough admin capacity to deal with tickets. Just keep sending tickets and are you being more helpful than most. The people who analyze the reports need to stay neutral in how they deal with issues.
