PCs in my Descent Into Avernus campaign.

My very first character in my very first dnd campaign which was a disaster but I turn my disasters into backstories This guy is sort of a Murder Hobo.
Human Monk that defeated a Mecha Dragon and took his eye as a trophy, he was made fun by the party for many things. After a backstabbing from a fellow PC Paladin
that they saved from a bunch of grey dwarves he just hid as they were overrun and captured by the enemy. The King chopped the ring fingers from the Rogue who lost
his wife, then cut off a horn from the Tiefling Sorcerer and lastly to the Monk that killed his son, he ripped his left eye out and made us work in the mines. After managing
to excape get he grabbed the eye from the slain Mecha Dragon and put it on his eye socket. He knew the eye from the dragon was made from a crystal that would cause
people to rampage and attack indiscriminately but it all felt just right.

you did an amazing job, it looks like you used the Fill tool; I don't know if you are using a digital tablet but keep an eye out for the small things like sharp edges and such, you will want to use the pen or brush to fill the small spots that the Fill tool didn't manage to get. It's all about patience 😄

Fortunately, a section of the plaza has collapsed leading below.

Unfortunately, it has become the nest of a massive froghemoth.

Meet The Lost Champions! This is the party for the game I currently run. Meet the members.
Middle: Sorona Evesowl, a Tiefling Wild Magic sorceress. Exiled, she ventured to earn her title and honour back.
To her left is elg, a Goblin Path of the Beast Barbarian. Experimented on, he squired beastial transformations. One day a storm crashed a ship he was on, and he was able to swim to shore, starting a new life.
To the right: Sybil Markui, a human bard of Valor. She was a stowaway along with her late brother, now she ventures to honour his name and spread good deeds.
Upper right: Seilamin Serpenthelm. A human Fey Wanderer Ranger. Coming from a country with strict no magic laws, he had to flee. A mysterious fey aura surrounds him. Next to him is his pet Dragonnel (currently missing) Arrow. He was gifted the dragon by a noble sorceress that ties in with Sorona’s story.
And finally on the far left is Moony. A Satyr Twilight Cleric who worships Sehanine, the Moon Weaver. She sets out into the world to make it a safer place to live, spreading the message of her deity and to find her missing father.
I hope you guys enjoy it, this drawing was a joy to make. Dnd is the best!

One of the first minis I've painted using my new army painter air-triad paints and their new speedpaint range
I'm in love with both sets, colour triads may just replace zennithal highlighting for me, and speedpaints are just such a pleasure to work with and they have made me appreciate clear plastic on minis for the first time

This Nightwalker mini also came out great (I don't have my lighting up to capture the undershading). The fact I can 'stain' the clear parts is amazingly fun!

Some tokens I've made for my party. We're using multi-sided tokens on Roll20, so there's technically 14 more tokens that I've made for all of characters to represent different states of HP for battles. A fun project all around.

The party itself is a mess of personalities, but it wouldn't be D&D without a band of misfits trying to figure out how to be "civil".

I can’t speak for Davyd, but I’ve had fantastic luck with a 0.05mm micron pen. It’s got a super fine tip you can use to draw on the iris with very little fuss.

That's another issue with coloring... I was trying to get the background to be purple it turned out to look more like magenta....

You know, looking at both of these pictures, it feels like the biggest area for improvement is... well, a sense of 3d. Making things closer to the perspective feel closer and such. Like, that leg I was talking about on the first one? It feels like it's going off to the side, not really angled forward like it would be when sitting in that position.

That's just what I think, at least. Take it with a grain of salt, of course.

Also, for that second image, I can barely see the difference between the two back legs.

Try this... draw a straight line from the edge of a body part to the corresponding edge of its shadow at various points on your srtwork. That will help you see where you've gone wromg, and give you an idea on how to fix it.

I would like to offer some advice since you seem to receptive to constructive criticism. Please feel free to disregard though!

It’s definitely an improvement, but I think it would benefit you a lot to work with layers. I’m not sure what program you’re using, but if you do the lines on one layer and the colors in a layer behind the line art, you won’t get those pixelated white lines around everything. Part of the problem is using the magic selection tool to block out your colors, it’s more time consuming but drawing the shapes by hand will also help eliminate those lines.

Also I would practice some shading studies to look at how shadows interact with three dimensional and textured objects in real life. A shadow isn’t just a dark bar along one edge of an item, you want to think about where the sun/light source is and how it is hitting the subject. Light bounces and reflects, so if you have a purple floor, some of the shading on the character’s pants should have a purple undertone.

Watch out for the fire and ice gloves you might just end up with frostbite or even a huge burn if you ain't fast enough. This item allows any wearer to use ray of frost and firebolt. For those who already have those cantrips it adds a d6 of force damage to those attacks. Very good for a lvl 5 wizard...

This ancient dromos-style tomb is of unknown provenance, predating this civilization and the last. And I have 15 death save pass and death save fail rings for the same reason

They look great! My only concern is them sliding around the table when people try to move stuff on them. They look like they're more regional-scale than tactical-scale, so probably not as big a deal, but still something.

He's an acolyte of Ilmater. The sock puppet he uses for entertainment and therapy purposes. He moved to Neverwinter from Waterdeep after the eruption to assist the injured, hungry, depressed, and without home. (He's 75 now, he moved when he was in his 30's) Today he's a patron in an orphanage in Neverwinter and does puppet shows and sings songs for those who suffer.
