for context, Hana is what he named his wildfire spirit, and this was the move that ended the fight against this white dragon--raising his totem, saying that, and launching a fireball that manifested as an enormous bird made out of flame, engulfing the dragon entirely and sending it crashing to the ground

if you were looking for small changes, i adjusted things a bit! pretty much echoing what others said about the lips and nose positioning : ) also tweaked the jaw on the colored one a bit to adjust to the changes in the lips and nose (ofc you can adjust as you see fit)

If anyone has any suggestions or anything like that I'd love to hear them! This area is more of a dock so didn't want to add too many tents/hammocks

You can also paint your water off the edge of the screen to get rid of that shoreline around the border.

Add a few rocks, fish, seaweed, etc. underwater, too. The scatter tool works great for that.

Here's some art of Omagaz the Knight, an Orc that I basically played as a Don Quixote who believed Gruumsh saw Knighthood as the ultimate form of glorious and right combat.
As an autistic player, with ADHD, I ended up just making him a cinnamon bun in RP and a complete wrecking machine of a Fighter in combat (he has 4 reactions that help him protect those near him, since he values camaraderie above all else.)
Despite his rather intimidating red eyes, Omagaz is noted as one of the most compassionate and empathetic of his Guild.

He also keeps strapping trophies from his kills to his armour, these are old pics, so much so that the DM classifies it as spiked armour with a +! to my Intimidating Strike DC

(Because I keep collecting stuff from events and good memories :P)

again, i’m still very new to the game so uhhhh i’m not too experienced in character-making. this is my first one. but Leaf’s an elvin druid whose special interest also happens to be plants so it fits. they’re also non-binary like me because the projecting never stops. they actually have a 300 page book on plants that they wrote themselves. and it’s only the plants in their home seeing as they lived in seclusion from the rest of society for most of their life. so they only really knew their parents. who trained them to be an archer despite their druidic nature. this makes Leaf kinda… ashamed of that so they tend to hide it and still pretend to be and archer and just an archer. setting up a character arc y’know

She chuckles, raising a steaming mug, so you instead sort your own out. Once you've got your mug, you put most of your gear to one side....

That coffee she's drinking, you can smell it properly now. It reeks of rum and she's clearly showing signs of being tipsy. Her smile is innocent... but you know exactly what she wants on this cold winter day. Hug you, kiss you and probably fall asleep with you in her arms, she wants a buddy to pass the long dreary night with.

Her arm rests around the back of the sofa, as she lazily grins. "Come on, take a seat, don't ye wanna get nice an' comfy~?"
You can't ignore the way she's reclining, especially how her free hand is patting the 'free spot'. She takes a sip, humming, as you notice it has gotten dark outside. You also notice, with a bit of anxiety, that she's looking at you with a sly smirk.
"Ain't gonna 'ave many places ye can go fer the night..." she says, grinning at your hesitation, but then adds: "... Plus, if yer sweet 'nuff an' just wanna enjoy some cuddlin', I ain't even that bothered 'bout forcin' ye to pay fer the night. <3 "

A prop I made, out of idle hands, of Gob's Notes that are hidden beneath her hut. The black band has Infernal & Abyssal runes drawn on it, to scare off anyone that finds it (non-magical), while the cover and pages are made of low quality material and scraps. Gob has no large supplies of paper Paper, so it's mostly whatever she could find to write on that would work as effective long-term paper substitutes.

Still need to find a way to colour the white

It's what Gob could get her hand on, hence why it's literally just a bundle held together with tape.

Grumblegold's foot was bitten by a fatally poisonous snake, which would've killed him if he didn't sign a pact with the Patron. Despite her powers, she didn't remove all the poison. The foot constantly regenerates, due to Grumblegold's blood, but it's magically re-attatchable. But yeah, it keeps coming off.

Meanwhile, the Cook is the reason why Gob is a Warlock at all. They betrayed the Patron, to a Celestial Patron, which led to their capture. Their reward from the Celestial was 'freeing their soul', death while wearing a soul capturing item. The Lady offered The Cook a redemption, service as a cook for the lair for eternity. In a way, this is what she wanted the most. But, as a cruel punishment, she no longer can taste anything except smell it to ensure it's good cooking.

So she's a skeleton cook

my best advice is to focus on silhouette before details... especially with a concept as dramatic as a clock. the 'tick-tock' aspect could be translated as a lot of very sharp angles in silhouette

hey wasn't sure if you were asking for advice on the pose or other ideas for a half/clock man so initially i was sketching to see what to suggest like posing or such, but then i figured maybe you wanted ideas. So i sketched a few dudes with like gears in their heads, either on the side or 3 dials in a glass dome that show how old your guy is in yrs/mos/days or whatever.

but then i though of maybe something like Mr Freeze, where he wears this hourglass type helm, that keeps him from aging or something, and somehow steam can be used to fuel the device, either trapping or removing it from his device, which is connected to some clockwork style gear/suit.
