Had a lovely fella called Talliessen create a commission for me for my campaign of Grimmwood. This is the main NPC that lurks around helps the party out when they have questions that need answering or a helpful pointer. Takes place in a cursed wood (think a demiplane of dread that is nothing but a huge forest).

Very lovely chap, he had a bit of other work on his hands but very recommended if you have the patience to wait. Also feel free to use this for your own games, I feel like there isn't enough Warforged art out there.

Hyzo's got some good advice there 🙂 Context is key when sharing images such as these! It might also be a good idea in the future to perhaps share two or three images with your art concept description, and include a link to an image album full of the rest (such as through an image hosting website like Imgur, for instance). This keeps the chat relatively condensed for all other users, as well as letting the community see all your work in one place without the need to scroll from one post to the next!

you know what I'm starting to realize as an artist. Everyone put so much stress on blending when in reality, most of the best art I've seen the colors and blending aren't smoothed into each other they are distinct

Went to a fantasy theme park last weekend (Evermore), similar concept to the HBO show west world, but thematically somewhere between DnD and LARPing.
Anyway, aside from taking on quests from NPCs and shopping, there exists "trinket trading". Think if you asked a 5 year old to empty their pockets what it would have, similar things and the value of items is determined by the owner. No money exchanges hands, just bartering with items. I created a few "prepared spells" in a bottle for trade.

Pretty fun, actually. It's not super modern, 20-30s, and she's tripped the Hey Wild from the past so she's been quite a 'fish out of water', but she's getting the hang of it. It's also something of a horror vibe, we've had a number of run-ins with a Grinning Man and I met another person of similar race as her... who's also a werewolf.

A very fun campaign style. And the changeling looks marvelous.

He’s a lad with the passion of winning any game or any sport to the point he uses cheats to slow or defeat his opponent but if he ever loses he begins to rot to be more cold and cocky he would use cheats more often too, his rot can affect his world to be more dangerous and difficult to go through. He can be nice and helpful just don’t win too much.

Well, using our planet as an example, dryer climates tend to be closer to the equator and colder the poles.

Your map has a desert island, a plausible locale, closer to the pole. And the frostbound island should be closer to the pole as well.

I'd move the desert island closer to the smaller islands below it and the tundra island a bit lower, too.

It's okay to have huge swathes of ocean, seafaring was a dangerous craft and prone to getting lost in foul weather.

It's a great map all the same, lot of useful detail without giving away the world's meta.

Two OCs from me, both from Eberron:

Firstly, an Under-Construction Character who's still awaiting a statblock and proper backstory, "Harmonia", a Warforged Battlesmith who's got style- and probably is getting a name change sooner or later.

The Construct's first memories of the world were grey and cold. She had been active prior to Mourning, yet she had no recollection of the days prior to her 'awakening'- only the blasted wastelands surrounding Metrol. While the luxurious compound she had risen to was certainly fascinating for a time, the dead bodies and mutant rats were not particularly interesting after a time- so, armed only with an old Trident for a walking stick, the Golem left her sanctuary, and kept on walking until she exited the mists, in Aundair. Now, the Warforged seeks to unravel the mysteries of her past, and find meaning in an uncaring world- but first, she'll have to learn how to speak.

A Witch Hunter Captain who's dealt with Daemons, Vampires (and Undead), and Rogue Mages.

Finally, we have Corryn Maartel, Aundairian Wandslinger and Veteran of the Last War.

The bastard son of an Elven Mage and a Peasant Girl, Corryn had a certain affinity for spellcasting, common among most citizens of Aundair. This served him well once his 16th birthday rolled around- when he was drafted into the Army. A short lad, of little strength, he was a rather poor soldier, and was treated much like a servant among his peer- until the Fourth Battle of The Crying Fields. Deployed as part of a vanguard force to intercept Karnnathi Troops en-route to the front, Corryn's unit sustained heavy losses to the undead. Alone and helpless, Corryn was left by his cowardly allies to fend off dozens of living corpses alone. With no weapons suitable for his size, he picked up the only thing he could reasonably carry- his dead commander's wand. With a rather clumsy motion, he cast forth a fireball and immolated the Karrn's undead troops, allowing him to escape. This tale, backed by the word of a handful of onlookers, gave Corryn a one-way ticket off of the Frontlines, and into the halls of the Arcanix War Academy. To be fair, it was no different in appearance to the Arcanix at peacetime, but it's function was different. Rather than make wizards out of high-strung heirs and foreigners, the Arcanix served to make Aundairian Citizens into arcane killing machines.

After 3 Years of Training, Corryn was deployed with the 102nd Bluevine Arcaneers, which he served with faithfully for 26 Years. In that time, he fought in a fair number of battles, mostly against the undead, and participated in nearly 57 reconnaissance missions. By war's end, the boy had become a man, and soldier by trade. While he still was a bit short, and couldn't handle his sword well, he was the finest artillerist in the Corp.

When the Conflict subsided, the Half-Elf returned home to care for his elderly mother, and stayed there until her death. With no reason to stay in Aundair, he took a Rail to Sharn, where he reconnected with his father. The two reconciled, and left on a boat together to Q'barra, where the Father-Son Duo serve as Sentinel Marshals for House Deneith.
