Character: Krieg Morand, Half-Orc Psi Fighter
The Order of Beowulf is an ancient and mysterious organization that has existed since the beginning of the Illuskar. Their members travel throughout the Northernmost communities, where adventurers are scarce, offering their services in slaying nonstrous threats in exchange for money.
Any Order member will tell you that you can easily distinguish them by the numerous scars that come from years of conditioning and trials. What the North doesn't know is that initiates are made up of orphans, children of families that are sold to the order when the family can't support them, and children abandoned to the order as babies buy parents who didn't want them. They are raised, subjected to rigorous mental testing, and many of them fail.
Krieg is a Bjorn. He has mastered the use of psionics to project protective barriers to protect himself and allies from attacks. He can also augment his attacks to make them more devastating. Krieg only set out on his own a couple of months back. He has traveled the North from town to town, taking the occasional contract to support himself. It will take some time to make a name for himself.
The Sword he carries is Moon's razor. It emits pale moonlight and has the ability to force a shapechanging creature back to their true form upon a hit.

Yikes, I'm building the Red Dragon set in Stud.io, and there's a collision issue where the mimic is placed too close to a wall. (you can see the left handle intersects with the wall in Stud.io). I checked the real life pieces, and the piece is definitely too big to fit without stressing the piece.

A powerful tiefling sorceress I drew!
Character: Ashelia Kallista, Tiefling Elemental Sorceress
Ashelia is a tiefling who was born in Toril but was spirited away to the Elemental Plane of Air by her djinn caretaker. There, a Royal Djinn gave her a magic tattoo to stabilize her wild magic, and she felt an affinity for storms, becoming a master of lightning and wind. Her tattoo also acts as a show of proof of her being an acquaintance to the Great Caliph of the Citadel of Ice and Steel, allowing her access back into the palace.
Ashelia is currently traveling with a human plague doctor, and elven rogue, and a dragonborn fighter on an epic quest to find the kidnapped son of the Great Caliph of Air Husam al-Balil ben Nafhat al-Yugayyim, whom she suspects is held captive by cloud giants!

This is my DnD character meeting his god for the first time

This was quicker, kind of a character design practice but I doodled four different versions of my party and how it changed over the years, people had to leave the game, people joined, characters died plunging the Eladrin into winter after there wasn't even a body left to bury when her husband was killed, new characters were rolled, NPCs were made permanent members, an unlikely love bloomed, scars were collected and magically healed even though the memory remained, a dragon egg being protected for a year was finally hatched after its light nearly faded...
My character is the half-moon elven spores druid in the center. I carried the dragon egg in my backpack for most of the campaign.
The first one is the one with the fewest characters, second is when the Halfling Gunslinger joins, third is when his wife, the eladrin cleric of Sune joined, and the last one is with the most characters.

I just started working on a character concept sheet for a scribes wizard focused on storm and elemental magic. I've not done a page like this before, I'm excited.

Some art I had commissioned for Lunala “Nala” Umbrastep, an Astral Elf Moon Domain Cleric/Way of Aether Monk I’m playing in a homebrew campaign! Super pleased with how all the colors on the details came out.

Nala never knew her birth family. She was given away to a monastery soon after birth due to her unique eyes, heralding her ability to harness the Moongeist technique - an ancient set of intricate elven sword dances that would allow her to mimic the powers of the lunar goddess Ellistraee to bring peace to restless undead souls. But it never bothered her. She loved her uncle Ozma and her cousin Galé with all her heart, striving her best to do them proud and practice as much as she could despite Galé always seeming to excel where she failed. So it broke her heart that much more when she discovered that her uncle, fallen on hard financial troubles, had turned to the Cloven Concord for help despite their known involvement with dark rituals that attempted to whisper Asmodeus himself into existence.
After Galé faked his death during a training exercise at the hands of Nala so he could investigate the matter from the shadows, the terrified girl fled into the streets, tears in her eyes, blood on her hands, and a vow to never touch a blade again as long as she lived. Fleeing from her uncle Ozma and his new cult allies, she laid low for a while, blending into street gangs and even falling in love with a thief named Sven who had taken care of her and nursed her wounds. But after the gang she had joined pushed her to use her magical talents during heists one too many times, she realized they had double crossed her, betraying her to the Cloven Concord and taking Sven hostage.
Praying for Sven’s safety and promising she would come back to free him, she stowed away on an airship, stolen artifact in hand. Now she travels with a band of misfits, searching for clues on how to dismantle the cult by any means possible even if it means dabbling in deals with devils to try to get more info on its members and their weaknesses.

A reincarnated sorceress I drew!
Character: Ayla, Female Half-Elf Wild Sorceress (Formerly Alus, Male Human Warrior)
Alus was a strong and imposing human warrior. He was brave, loyal to a fault, and an avid protector of the weak. A hit with the ladies, he lived life to the fullest.
His adventuring career took him across the realms with his friend the ranger Ryland, until his luck ran out in a battle with a group of monstrosities assaulting a druid’s grove and he died protecting the mother tree and wounded members of the adventuring party, including his brother-in-arms Ryland.
The battle was won, but there was little hope for a magical resurrection, they were just too far from a temple. The arch-druid of the grove offered an alternative, reincarnation. Alus could come back, but he could be different. The spell was cast. As Alus’s body was absorbed into the ground, an earthen mound sprouted up, covered with a burst of colorful flowers, and burst open. Inside was a petite raven-haired half-elven girl that took a look down and swore like a drunken sailor.
Now reincarnated as Ayla, a half-elven sorceress, she cannot wield weapons, but she is not willing to play the damsel in distress, relying on her newfound magic to survive. Ayla will have to come to terms with her new existence as an attractive sorceress, while also figuring out her relationships with her old friends, including Ryland.
Here, Ayla is about to attend a party in honor of her adventuring party. This will be her first social gathering as Ayla, and she is dressed to impress, though she feels awkward and strange in the presence of Ryland, her old friend from her previous life whose appearance now makes her blush, and his friendly touch sends lightning through her body…

An adventurous tiefling druid and a human paladin I painted!
Characters: Svanhild Forestblade, Tiefling Wildfire Druid; and Captain Arnim Quartz, Human Paladin
Svanhild was raised surrounded by love but grew up knowing fear and hatred. After finally escaping Gramtese control, she set out to destroy the human kingdom that had enslaved her people for generations and had killed her brother twenty-five years before. Her love of her people and their deep connection with the flora and fauna around them granted her the power to control groups of animals and the very nature around her.
Upon reaching Irelios, a kingdom that welcomed all peoples, she found herself working with a half-gnome and a half-elf named Rowan to help the half-elf princess claim the throne and gain the aid of the kingdom to free her people from the Gramtese.
Unfortunately for Svanhild, that which she hated most was added to their ranks, a human paladin named Arnim. While not from Gramt himself she still was displeased with his presence, more so when he made his attraction to her known. Despite her dislike of him, a half-elf girl that was his god, Fotir, reborn, touched her. Svanhild took her in as a surrogate daughter of sorts.
After the death of Rowan, Svanhild came to return Arnim’s affection and eventually saw him as her mate. He made her laugh for the first time in decades, and they slowly got to know each other better.
With the deepening of Svanhild’s connection to the human fire god and her chosen warrior, she felt her magic shift in focus from the herding of animals to the destructive and healing powers of the flame.
Now, she finds herself navigating the world of politics trying to help a third child named heir, gathering the gifts from the other kingdoms’ gods to return Fotir to full power, dealing with everything that comes with dating the son of a Viscount, and still figuring out how to free her people without starting an all-out war with Gramt.
Oh, and handling the headaches caused by the eccentric halfling cleric that joined their party now that she has finally started to let down the walls that have kept her emotionally shut-off for the last twenty-odd years.
Captain Arnim Quartz is member of the Irelios royal guard. He fought the war of the Realms alongside the Crowned Prince and believed the crusade would bring about peace amongst the wartorn land.
But one day a vision of his dead god came to him in a dream on how he could resurrect him and bring a cosmic balance that has been ravaging the world. This would require combining all of the god's gifts together; something that would require stealing many of them to get access to. This quest came to fruition when the princess sent him to assist a party of adventurers who were quelling an elven skirmish. Little did he know these adventurers would soon become his best friends and one of them would become something more, as he fell in love with a tiefling druid... Much to the chagrin of his parents... And fiancé.

Hi. I'm not the DM for this game (I'm the host and love working on props for the DM). In an up coming dungeon, he hinted towards getting a potion of invisibility recipe (This is LMOP) I asked for his permission to prep a mocktail crafting puzzle/mini game so we can "create" the potion.

Does anyone know any hand crafted mock tails that would be good for this? I have a bitter orange one, but I'm not a mixologist by any stretch. I'd like to make it so we have to boil it.

Here's a couple crafts I made for tonight's game.

Look up how to make your own grenadine. You need to boil it!! It’s pomegranate juice and sugar!

Also make sure you put a cherry in the drink!!

Pomegranates are strange things. You could either buy the juice bottled, or crush them yourself if you want the messy work of that.

And symbolically, the pomegranate, because it looks like blood, has religious and healing symbolism.

You could always add one or two small ingredients to the grenadine if you want.

I think I'll do a Shirley temple with wrung oranges so it's a little messier.

I'll name is boiled blood (pomegranate) and elemental salts (sugar), boil then add a touch of nullified acid (Sprite). Then finish with the excess of a seedling gut (orange)

You could always invent a couple more things that are just colored water from an eyedropper. If you want.

Yeah that orange juice will help disguise it so your players won’t immediately recognize it as a Shirley Temple. In the 50s, Shirley Temples had orange juice. But nobody makes it that way now.

Here, she’s wearing the Fabulous Sea-Garments, a homebrew item I’ve made!
Character: Aeolnora, Sea Elf Hydromancer and Storm Cleric
Many believe that the sea elves have vanished forever from the face of Naam, and some think they never existed at all. But in reality, the sea elves thrive in the oceanic isolation of their mythical underwater kingdom: Amphithalamis. Protected from prying eyes and the influence of the warring gods, the sea elves wait out the Theomachy, the final cosmic war between the gods, before resurfacing again, only sending out magical agents to subvert the power of the gods and vex their devout followers in secret.
Relying on her powers of prognostication and her command of wind and wave, Aeolnora is one of those few sea elves who dare swim away from the magical safety of Amphithalamis to peer at what lies beyond. I had to look up what that was just now. 😅 I practiced a lot with circles and other basic shapes.
All I do when shading is start with the base skin tone, use a grunge brush to go over it with a slightly darker tone to give the skin some definition and imperfections.
I also add a darker color to the lips and Blur it a tiny bit to blend them. Top lip is darker than the bottom.
Then I go over where the shadows should be with a dark purple and drop the opacity before using Gaussian Blur to about 3%.
That helps me find where the highlights should go, and I'm a bit bad at those still but I use a white or a light color of what the light is, yellow for soft sunlight, blue for nighttime... Then I again drop the opacity and blur it.
I also use an almost fuchsia color to go over the ears, nose, checks, fingertips, elbows, knees, anywhere there is thinner skin to add a bit more depth to the skin tone.

He is part of an order of monks that worships chromatic dragons. They believe that they aren't actually evil - whenever an initiate completes an act of bravery (red), loyalty (blue), patience (white), generosity (green) or cunning/intelligence (black) they are permitted to tattoo a scale of the corresponding colour on themselves.

In the campaign I'm playing Agni actually has very few scale tattoos so far (and no black ones as he's not particularly smart) however I had this commissioned as an idea of how he'll look when he's mastered his martial arts and completed many worthy feats.

Character: Hank, Half-Elf Cleric
Hank grew up in Mysthaven. His mother was an elf who left her people to serve and heal others and fell in love with his father, a human priest in the Shenba church. Hank always struggled with the war of his two ancestors inside - his human side calling him to stay in Mysthaven to serve the people and learning more to become attuned with his elven ancestry.
Hank has always cared about the city and its inhabitants and spent most of his days assisting at his parents’ clinic in the Warrens. Investigating a disturbance, Hank ran into Rav, a half-elf ranger; Katsu, a tiefling sorcerer; Kragg, a Goliath barbarian; and Thokk, a half-orc fighter. The five of them formed a unique alliance and drew the attention of "Management". Realizing that he could use his friends and the resources from Management to better help his parents’ clinic, Hank began helping fix up and run the Weary Tankard Inn.
His mother has recently told him her time is coming to leave permanently to return to her people, and she gifted hank a set of elven mithril armor. Hank must come to terms with both halves of his heritage and learn to accept and love his whole self.

Rehan adventures to prove himself to Dasim, an Efreeti noble and patron of the arts. Rehan met Dasim, an Efreeti noble and patron of the arts, in the Desert Rose, a house of passion in Calimport.
After many nights of painting and attending to Dasim, Rehan requested to enter his personal service. However, Dasim wanted Rehan to prove his devotion beyond the lust of his presence, and so asked him to prove himself.
Rehan must gift Dasim seven true beauties, witness seven great wonders, and endure seven great hardships. Only then will Dasim let Rehan truly into his heart and home.
Thus began Rehan’s journey and ongoing courtship of Dasim, Master of Desires. So, gifted with a fraction of Dasim’s power to accomplish these, Rehan set forth and now ventures in Icewind Dale where he will no doubt accomplish some of what he seeks to do.

Nadine is a half-elf divine sorceress whose command of the Eternal Light comes from her forbidden lineage as the illegitimate daughter of an angel and an elf paladin who broke his oath of chastity.
To save her from divine wrath, Nadine’s celestial mother hid her in the rural village of Erzy deep into the mainland of the kingdom of Montbonnet, where she grew up bullied as “ears” and the “illegitimate” for her unusual appearance and particularly her pointed ears. She knew she could just wish the wounds inflicted upon her by the local bullies to close but chose to keep her magic hidden in fear of being accused of witchcraft.

Alexander grew up in a monastery never knowing any family. He never fit in, and one day struck out on his own, stealing the monastery’s cart as he left and using it to start his cheese-trading business.
In his travels, Alexander apprenticed under a traveling trainer to learn how to defend against bandits who would steal his wares. He became quite adept in the art of the shield before the two split ways.
Alexander continued traveling town to town, selling cheese and adventuring, trying to find purpose in his life and somewhere or something to belong to. Finally, he found his place among friends when he joined a party of adventurers. Now, he travels alongside his new friends, doing whatever it takes to protect them.

A sinister doctor and his growing army of skeletons I drew!
Character: Dr. Floridius Ohgden, Medical Practitioner and Necromancer
Floridius began his career as a surgeon before becoming an adventurer as he sought a method of eternal life for those not blessed with immortal flesh to go along with their immortal souls. This search led the doctor down a dark path as he sought out the secrets of life and death through experimentation. He would partner up with a rogue doctor running an illegal vivisection clinic where subjects were surgically experimented upon for increasing the pair’s medical knowledge. Eventually Floridius was arrested and served time in a Waterdeep prison for his crimes and his partner and instructor disappeared without a trace. After years of imprisonment, he was released and made for the fortress of Candlekeep where he would begin his studies anew. In exchange for his stay there he taught a class on biology and anatomy often performing vivisections on creatures for demonstrations... This was not a popular class for many reasons.
After months in Candlekeep, Floridius met a party of adventurers who were seeking a method to transition to the Nine Hells to track down a rogue angel who became an archduke of hell. Floridius saw this as an opportunity to study the immortal flesh of devils to further his studies, and so he requested to tag along, offering his medical expertise to the group as well as his skills with small blades to act as an excellent rogue.
The Hells ended up teaching the mad doctor quite a lot on immortality, but he was also falling further into the depths of corruption as he had met with and exchanged knowledge for knowledge with a bound and then freed flesh-shaping demon. The demon taught Floridius the art of fleshcraft and how to graft monster components onto himself and others.
After the party left the Hells, Floridius had multiple journals of notes on the study of immortality via fleshcraft, surgical replacement of organs, and other less than savory means. But he is no god, and thus his control of the immortal soul and its binding to mortal flesh is limited. So, his next goal was clear: transcend the limitations of his mortal coil, perform the ultimate necromantic rituals to bind his soul to an object, and transplant his organs to a fleshcrafted golem. With this he would become a lich like no other; an immortal flesh golem with the knowledge to grant this gift unto others. However, the pursuit of such ability has forever changed the mad doctor and his studies and research have no place in civilization.

The Elven Nation of Timinhur
In the wake of the elven diaspora ages ago, a tribe of elves led by Queen Timira claimed an unspoiled island that was destined to become the great nation of Timinhur.
Today, the great City of Timinhur rests in the heart of the eponymous island and serves as the seat power for the northernmost elven kingdom. The city is home to unique architectural wonders such as the Crescent Forge and the Spiroidal Palace that could only be built with the aid of magic.
To the southwest, the twin fortresses Saeida and Albuka guard the only waterway to the city. Beyond them, the Moonlit Isle, known through the ages with various names. welcomes all, including elves who defy custom and even outsiders, as long as they are willing to leave prejudices behind and dance with the legendary Moonwalker bards. While no ship sails directly from the City of Timinhur to Moonlit Isle (and some moon elves would like to pretend it does not exist) the quiet villagers of Softstep will gladly ferry inquisitive souls to the isle.
North of Moonlit Isle, a host of goblinoids have established Bahba; a precarious colony of former slaves from the Krestovo Empire who have struck an unstable truce with the moon elves. The sages of Timihur allow the people of Bahba to enjoy liberty on their land as long as they behave. Slowly but steadily, shipments of goblin moonshine from Bahba to Moonlight Isle, paid for with strong elven tools, serve to strengthen the unlikely bonds between former goblinoid slaves and hedonistic bards.
A few days’ ride to the north of Bahba, the ruins of Old Timira, stretching past the coast and into the cold Sunfall Sea, are all that remain of the very first moon elven settlement on the island, established by the legendary queen Timira that gave the settlement its name. Today, only a few elves from the nearby village of Narin walk among the bleached stones of Old Timira, searching for fragments of a forgotten past.
