This is the official server for the Tabletop Roleplaying Game Dungeons & Dragons. Here, you can get updates on what's coming next, connect with a community of fans and find a game, get help with our digital toolset D&D Beyond, and join the Adventurer's League!
I'm new to D&D. Where's the best place to start?
We're so glad you're here! A few options: Head over to #dnd-newcomers to get helpful tips on how to get started making a character, choosing a game, and more. To find a game, head over to #looking-for-players and find one that looks right for you- or make your own post, either there or in #750812887697588356! You can also go to http://dndbeyond.com/playdnd to watch an interactive tutorial, access pre-made characters and written tutorials, and play "Before The Storm", a guided interactive adventure that helps you create your own character! (If all those links look like deleted channels, make sure to visit Channels & Roles to access dnd-for-newcomers, looking-for-players and looking-for-dm!)
Do you have an art space/channels for support/AL channels?
Yes! If you don’t see them (or would prefer not to see them), visit Channels and Roles at the top of the channel list to tailor your experience!
I need help with my D&D Beyond account and discord support wasn't enough. How do I submit a support ticket?
Though our moderators love to help, DDB support on the Discord is fan-led. If you need further assistance, you can reach out to us at https://dndbeyond.link/submit-ticket
Do you host/run games here?
Currently we do not host community games on this Discord, but we offer support for you to find the game that's right for you in our channels #looking-for-players and #750812887697588356, as well as for Adventurer's League in #1050206572535623690!
How do I get a color on my name?
Colors are accessed by choosing the Player or Dungeon Master role in Channels & Roles, at the top of the channel list.
How do I contact a moderator?
Information on what is and isn't suitable for the server, as well as information on how to alert a moderator to an issue in a specific channel, can be found in #rules.
