maybe explaining your experience to others to overcome similar issues MIGHT be easier

Go slow, use a metronome, and become confident on what notes are what without needing the stickers
I suggest going for easier pieces till you’re comfortable with the notes and how they match with music

Sadly i used a video to play it by memorising the notes not sheet music

That’s ok, you can still learn with sheet music
Get the sheet music and stop using the video to learn (js use videos as reference points for what stuff should sound like)
But before you do that please pick some easier pieces and get confident without having all those stickers
It’ll be difficult at first but it’ll improve your abilities as a pianist so much
