Can someone give me some ideas for piano concerto composition..

I'm kinda brainded and I need some ideas, a story or even a simple chord progression for me to work off of.

you don't have to write a chord twice, even if it's held for twice as long

also that's a very strange progression

I IV V I is as basic as basic is

I personally like making the V go to iii instead of I, in a progression that could be something like I ii IV iv iii vi ii V

What also helped me alot was like cutting of a musical idea of a piece u like and write about that theme then your idead will flow. I did like the main theme of Mendelsohns g minor concerto took it and wrote about it it worked out quite well as may first orchestra piece still working on it but i could send u it so u know what im talking about
