When I was 7, I was put into violin lessons, but at 11, switched to guitar because we had one in the house and I had a lot of fun with it. I've become fairly advanced on guitar, but have still wanted to dive further into classical because it remains my favorite genre of music. Because my older brother was put into piano when he was young, we now have a casio gp300BK in the house that's no longer played because he's in university. I want to take the challenge of teaching myself piano, as I did with the guitar. Though I know in classical music and instruments like the piano there is much guidance needed from a teacher both in technique but also understanding and interpreting the music, I think I can get fairly far on my own. My end goal is sibelius' op 76 no 2. I'm 15 right now, please help me and put me on the right path for this. I'm already fairly familiar with sheet music but read slow. Where should I begin for resources and/or beginner pieces. In the past, I've been using the piano to compose and write music, and have given a shot at some pieces that looked fairly easy.

To get advanced in technique I would advise doing hanon exercises everyday along with scales in different tones. 15 minutes a day is ideal (Use a metronome and increase the bpm gradually). Read a bit of foreign sheet of music everyday to get advanced in reading and listen to a lot of different compositions/composers it expands your comprehension of music and helps you with creativity. I liked the end goal piece, really fun one, I played it before. I assume you can play it after a fair while of doing the hanons and scales. While studying hard pieces, play the hands seperately at first. (You can also seperate the melodies in 3-5 voice piece like in Bach to make things simpler) Just don't expect fast results, be patient and consistent. I hope this helps
