Hi I’m new here. I’m not a pianist myself, I’m actually a guitarist but I come here today to ask if anyone could help me out here. My Pap unfortunately passed after having a cardiac arrest on thanksgiving, long story short I have this video of him playing piano a month before that happened…he sounded pretty dang good at 87 years old and I love the song he played. I wonder if anyone would be able to demonstrate what he’s doing so maybe I can replicate it. I got the main riff of it down (idk if it’s still called a riff, but yk what I mean) would anyone be able to help? Please excuse any finger placement issues, I am not looking to seriously learn piano I just want to play what my Pap played even if I’m butchering it.

i guess the ending is meant to be a fill based on the blues scale the whole thing is played in
