It could be the phone OS version you are using itself perhaps? I'm on a pretty new phone it is an Android and I can see it pulsating. The new look on the musicalbasics logo in the server column to the left of the main page, the MB is backwards now and it is for sure pulsating for me on my phone. Just FYI. Like I said maybe it's just a phone thing that causes some people to be able to see it moving & others not.
