I know that life is hard sometimes.. Sometimes you just want to throw everything away and forget it all. Youve probably went through quite a lot of suffering, but dont worry, we are here to support you nekoluv2

Depression affects many people at some point in life, and it may be hard to tackle, however with patience and resilience, I know you can overcome your negative thoughts.

Here's some advice:

  • Think positively, I know this may be hard, but distract yourself by thinking positively.. do something fun, go outside (alone or with others), embrace a new habit, watch some motivational videos, etc.
  • Try controlling your emotions, you dont have to hold your pain in yourself forever.. talk to someone, do something that will calm you down or make you feel happy.
  • Do not give up. Be patient, whatever youre going through is part of life, and I know that somewhere inside of you, theres some positive energy that can overcome all that negativity, you just have to find it.

As a final note, do not resort to violence, seek care (either from a professional or from someone you trust).
