So the issue of your stress is affraid of not meeting up the expectations of your teachers
And you feel behind the class
I mean you can always catch up
And take the expectations as a grain of salt
Fk them expectations
You are a human being, you make mistakes, even the best chess players in the world will make blunders
And stay strong
And do not watch rezero(i know someone will show up)

DON'T LISTEN TO THIS UNEDUCATED SPECIMEN
we got a hater amongst us
they wanna suppress folks
Wanna oppress people
want to establish a dictatorship by keeping the regular folls poor and uneducated
they do not wish them to have hope
wow, what a society we live in
literally 1984
hey i might be late to this, but from what im observing- it sounds like your identity is tied to your academic performance
that feeling of "never doing enough" isn't a discipline issue but rather your brain not getting a sense of completion. when you study mainly to meet other's expectations, your brain links its reward to recognition- not progress
so even when you accomplish something measurable like doing a paper or revising- your brain dosent register success. more like "okay, i could still do better"
that "could" kills closure. and when theres no closure, rest feels undeserved- even when you know you deserved it
your brain's reward system is currently trained to rely on external approval- so you gotta rewire your brain's reward system back to yourself if that makes sense??
giving you the technicals just incase
