dearest anon, i sincerely hope you are doing okay. it sounds really difficult to be questioning whether you're autistic/depressed etc without getting properly diagnosed and just constantly questioning urself and ur reality. I can understand that your parental pressure makes it difficult for you to know yourself better and im sorry about that. In south asia especially, desi parents have so many norms and just a general fear of anything mental health related even though it's totally normal. When i started going to therapy i internalised these norms aswell. I didnt tell any of my friends cus i was scared of being judged and i always made sure to hide it as much as i could. Even though, as i later realised, it was not a big deal at all. Therapy or diagnosis now may be difficult but if its something you want and need, when you go to college or uni, do try it out. Though i hope you know the diagnosis results dont mean anything bad. You will still be the same person you are now, loved by those who love you genuinely, and appreciated as such. If anything, you'll be a more better ver of urself having known yourself in a new way. Im glad you're doing better with a fresh start and i hope things only get better for you. You don't need to feel like you need to 'heal' from autism, even if it is part of you. You just need to be able to be catered to according to it cus u deserve that. Please stress less about your grades anon. You will do great InshAllah. I understand it can be difficult to retain knowledge maybe cus of Adhd or smth else, and if u are unable to seek advice, go online and research stuff relating to u. Theres sm online therapy asw.
