was in a similar situation, ended up taking coaching, and it HELPED ALOT, listen to ur father but on ur own terms, tell him how you really dont wana go coaching but if he insists then youll try for only a month or two and if it brings any results then youll continue it the entire year, and if u dont feel satisfied then youll leave it, this way both you and your father will b satisfied, dm me if you got any other qs
