do yk how diamonds are formed? they are formed under extreme heat and pressure.... and if you dont give it the condition it requires then it might not be a diamond shining as bright it should but itll be a some sort of carbon like wise your parents are jewelers, youll always see other jewelers praising other jeweler's diamonds etc why? because they dont want the other jeweler to notice their diamond's flaws, and why is that so? because they want their diamond to bedazzle the most, everybody's parents have a different love language yours is prolly to see you shine the most, and prolly they dont want you to hear it from them but from others? just like how that one diamond which makes people adore it and the creator of it......but if you feel like they are acutally cold towards you and not towards others it is good to confront them and asking them your "why?" respectfully:)
