Listen homie, a guy's advice from someone who was also desperate (maybe thats a strong word, a guy who really wanted someone..... anyone for that matter, to have as a partner). One of my best friends once quoted this to me and I believe you might find it somewhat......comforting? Welp the saying is

You should first find solace in yourself. A partner is an addition, not something that can solve your current problems. And on that note, you should, right now, focus more on what you are doing.
