Remind yourself your end goal and what you're working towards and how it'll be rewarding remind yourself all the effort you've put in, it makes sense if you're stressed out and anxious because you've procrastinated and not gone over everything and haven't put the level of effort you're capable of but if you have or atleast ensure that you have then tell yourself you've worked hard and you've done the best you could've and you physically and mentally aren't capable of more and remind yourself that you're literally human and this exam won't be the end of the world there's so much to look forward to and trying again is a thing and many people go through the same thing as you some have it worse some can't even access exams for whatever reason or physically aren't capable of sitting the exam
Try to focus on studying rather than thinking about how you feel cause if you waste time in that you wont be able to study attentively and make progress and times in which you're anxious enough to not be able to do anything walk around have something to eat try to do something that'll relax you like take a shower even and tell yourself that it'll be fine even talk to your friends about it and how they're feeling and maybe get a joke or two out of it something that'll distract you and lighten the burden on your heart a bit
