I don't see anything in the article that actually says red light is faster than blue.. which wouldn't make sense because they both travel at the speed of light
They may arrive at different times due to Doppler shifts and gravitational lensing but the article doesn't go far enough to explain that

I didn’t read the website. What I actually sent was a different picture. In my picture, it’s saying how different wavelengths of light in a MEDIUM actually travels at different speed due to its frequency and wavelength. My picture also stated further with the speed/movement of electrons.Your travel at the speed of light is actually related to A VACUUM not A MEDIUM
You can see that this explanation said NON VACCUM
fair enough, it's just that the fact didn't mention anything so i assumed vacuum which makes it incorrect without any further context
also the website earlier had references to cosmology which is why i brought up doppler and gravitational lensing
