Speaking is before the 21st April
Paper 2 is 26th April
Paper 3 is the 16th May
The essay paper
And the speaking
I don’t know how the format for speaking works, I mean I do but I’m not sure in what way should I speak
And the essay paper, idk the structure nor the content
my guy @drifting nebula disappeared on me rip
wdym by that
I forgot the essay paper...
ok so basically for essay paper
you need to know a bit about how things are going in french speaking countries so try to see what going on in the new
or research on stuff like Marriage, Young people, Diets
The examiners like if you have knowledge about a francophne country
Ohh do you know where I can get articles about that?
Umm i forgot the name but the site where you watch thoes video 1jour1cour or something i forgot name
it has a few articles
its also written in french so you can try to read thoes and understand by yourself as well
oh thank you so much!

heyy guys
so i need help
basically, i didn't pick french for my AS level but I just found out I need it for the course i wanna study for uni, it's too late to take it now so I was wondering if anyone that is dong french rn, do u think i an be able to take both AS and A level, during the next exam session
I did french in igcse's and got a B, I know a lot of words but I cant really communicate. I've also been laerning it on my own on duolingo so im not really a beginner
Hi
No
You will not
And duolingo is in no way good enough for it
You are a beginner, duolingo really doesn’t get advanced
Check the AS and A Level syllabus
See if you can do any of the questions
You should go over the syllabus and work on topic wise vocabulary cuz learning all of that stuff will take time so start early
Also revise the basic igcse concepts again such as tenses and stuff because you'll need all of those and if your base is weak, AS will be difficult
I'd suggest making a good study schedule for french based on when you're giving the exam just to prepare your brain for what all you have to do and how much time you have for it
okay thank you

really? i thought it gets harder as u go, but i've also been listening to french podcasts and all
okay so you think I should do it? like it's possible?
It's definitely possible but you need to work hard on the basics and then you'll be set
Just be regular with French that's all
okay i think ill consider it cause i really wanna do that course fr so hopefully
thank youuuu
yeah im trying to do it daily
Dw it'll go well for you
thanks hopefully

That's great
It does but if you look at the syllabus, the level they require is just 💀💀 compared to IGCSE
But you can make it if you’re doing the exam in Oct/Nov
If you’re doing the exam in May/June
Then there’s no chance
Does anyone have French tmr?
?
Any tips for the essay question ?
