the handmaiden (2016, warning: depiction of explicit scenes so if ure uncomfortable with that can just skip that part cause the plot is what makes it really amazing, overall 10/10)

parasite (2020, initially gave this film a 6/10 but after watching a few analysis of it on youtube, i realized how genius the director is lmao and made me upgrade the rating to 8.5/10 cause the directing is amazing xD)

soul mate (2016, the chinese film version, 9/10)

dunkirk (2017, if u dislike history u might not enjoy this one haha, 7.5/10)

midsommar (2019, again depiction of explicit scenes, have mixed feelings about this one but personally i really like florence pugh and the ensemble cast so overall, 6.5/10, though one might argue hereditary is better xD)

lady bird (2017, coming of age film and was a great watch cause i could relate to the protagonist herself so overall is a 7.5/10!)
