Generally, Oxford and Cambridge are tougher to get into than other UK unis as there is a lot of competition for a place, and there is a bigger emphasis placed on being able to apply knowledge rather than just regurgitate it (so in the interview, they may ask you questions that are above A2 level to see if you can work out logically what the answer will be from the knowledge you already have)

Also instead of extracurriculars, they prefer 'supercurriculars' - ie going more in-depth in your chosen subject area beyond what is taught in A-level

Minimum grade c but some uni require higher
Or just 1 ALevels but u will have to do a foundation year but it will cost you more, could reach 20000 € (just for the foundation year)
And even if you study in English u will need to reach level b1 at least in the language to travel there
The rest try googling unis in germany and start going to the websites to know more specific info about what u want to study
