There really is no structure from what I know, just go straight to the point, maybe even bullet point it. The number of points you give should match the marks for the question
Maybe you should familiarise with the terms used, looking at mark schemes for past papers helped me a lot

@feral python honestly you don't need to know that much theory.
For listening, you'll need to know key signatures, italian tempo markings, and cadences. You should be able to pick these up pretty easily.
Theory knowledge will help in your composition with chords, cadences, structure etc. but that comes with practice.
What I'm more concerned about is your performance
There isn't a mark scheme for ukulele
so unless you sing I don't think you should take music
But I'm not sure about the ukulele thing
