I absolutely refuse to accept that this is an 8/10. It just isn't. At the very best it's a 5, because I get that it can be popular with 12-16 year olds. But for me it's a solid 1. Something is definitely off about these reviews.

I can't believe it's 2022 and we're still producing cringe content like this. The story is terrible - every common trope you can think of in a teen series - it has it. The entire theme of the school is a ripoff of Hogwarts. There's no real development with the characters & they lack any depth. It feels like some Disney Original series with how surface level the story is and how overdone the characters are and how corny their lines are. I seriously cannot see anyone over the age of 13 giving this garbage more than 4 stars. It isn't a good show, it just isn't.

and also there's a bit of school drama that she gets into

it has like a minimal amount of romance

it's very good and it's worth your time

but i'm more of a book person than anything and it does not compare to how i feel about my favorite show (tvd, i'm literally not taking hate about it) and favorite book (shatter me, nonnegotiable)

Film review: AAMIS ᴿᵃᵛᵃⁿᶦⁿᵍ

This is hands down one of the best phychological thriller/horror film out there, and I think it's more scarier than films like ‘The Nun', ‘Conjuring' and so on.

I remember my friend recommending this film like 2 years ago, I wasn't really sure if I want to watch it, because I was raised watching Assamese films and I know how cringeworthy they can be. After like a month or so, I finally decide to watch it, and oh boy I was left speechless after watching it, I literally couldn't stop thinking about it for months, and even now, I still remember every single frame of it (PTSD moment).

It's a story about love, lust, and desires, portraying how people can easily become blinded by love and how they are willing to do anything to satisfy their partner's desires.

I like how it is gaining more popularity because people are posting about it on Insta. It was basically one of the most slept on movies until now. I don't want to spoil the movie, so just watch it if you want....and hell nah I ain't re-watching this shit (fuck this shit 😭)

Cinematography: 6.5/10
I'm pretty sure they didn't have the best equipments and best people to shoot the film but yah they still managed to make a masterpiece with low budget

Acting: 7ish

Story: strong 7ish
It's a very creative way to portray such a dark story...like bro dropped a story out of nowhere that nobody could have ever imagined of 💀. However it felt like it was missing some climax at the end.
