Hey just my 2 cents here , i dunno your parents , obviously , but if this isnt how they treat u normally then its prolly that they got some issues going on that it reflects on you sadly but if ur mum is usually like this anyway its either just what she experienced herself as a kid reflecting or just how she is , but point being it sucks ass that most parents especially asian parents dont rlly understand or care about mental health (prolly cus their own mental health doesnt freaking exist) i dont think theres anything i can do or say that will help change them even tho i want to help so much, but i know that from my experience things do turn around eventually as long as you stay on ur feet and survive thru the rough times , these are all things that can be fixed or improved later , but i believe that u'll find a way around em , i can say that confidently bec my mum was very stressed and had so many issues on the mental side bec of other ppl so she reflected on me a lot but eventually she mellowed and became very chill , rn shes the most supportive and understanding person ever , keeps offering to take to therapist and always looks after my mental , her support is only second to my dad's tbh , so i hope my story can help u believe that this will eventually turn around for the better , im here for you if u wanna talk more bout it since i relate :)

And also figure out what's most important for you during this time...like don't go like i finished reading a chapter let's watch a movie now or let's watch an episode of our fav show... Have it in ur mind the most important things for u are study,sleep,eat, the time to relax( u can go for a walk or meditate or play with ur pets or socializing with ur family, friends) just make sure u don't lose track of ur time when u are relaxing or taking a break... I would say being aware of ur time is the secret to all this.

So back in the 8th grade I was really addicted to p*rn I would watch it everyday when I came back to school but one day I decided to stop watching it forever it was hard for 2 weeks but after a month or 3 it got abit easier then 2 years later I've completely forgotten about it and no urges came but one day I had an urge which was so bad it caused me to relapse then it continued everytime I tried to stop after 2 weeks I relapse once I went 3 months but that ended I have a feeling it stops me from being productive as I'm demotivated to study or complete assignments so far what helps me is music and cold baths idk any thing more that can help me
