if it makes u feel better i am nowhere near consistent - i unfortunately go through "cycles" (i have no other way of describing it). u can try making it more consistent by

  1. realistic slap in the face - grades cant be pulled out of our ass unfortunately so we gotta work whether we like it or not if we wanna get that sexy degree :(

  2. 30 mins studying with brief 10 min breaks, this is insanely effective bc ur brain stays going brrrr but ur not working all the time

  3. a certain kind of music helps? i personally hyperfixate on some songs and listening to those can help me a lot, also the russian music i showed u helps bc that way u cant even focus on the lyrics bc a mf dont speak russian you know

  4. try setting a to do list for every day - write down a somewhat ideal but realistic list of what papers/topics/subjects u want to get done, and check them off throughout the day (remember i say idealistic-realistic bc to-do lists are almost never completed, they're to flesh out ur goals)

make sure its comfy and if its getting boring, switch to a new place if available

also i find it 10x easier to study with a stand
