alright, so for starters i’ve been doing online school since may and it’s been really difficult over these past couple of months. being up to date with assignments and having all my notes has been really hard and my school would even message my parents and tell them that i’m behind on my school work, which obviously made them really mad. anyways, we started exams this week and i’m still so confused about a lot of topics in the syllabi. my mum is always shouting at me to study but it’s hard to tell her that studying isn’t easy when you don’t understand anything. i’ve thought about kms so many times because since i’m probably not going to achieve the grades that she wants then i’m not even worth staying alive. i just feel so stupid and i’ve tried teaching myself some of these things but it’s been so tiring 😔

I'm not sure how good your relationship is with your parents, is their any way you can try to explain to them that online school is insanely difficult for you?

Because I think their first thought is that you're wasting time and not focusing

Online school is insanely difficult for everybody of all ages

And your life is DEFINITELY worth living - your academic life does not lessen that at all, no matter what

Teaching yourself is exhausting, have you considered trying youtube videos? They could help a lot more and walk you through things better

#

Plus, there are tonnes of people on this server who are super nice and will explain anything to you if need be

If studying by yourself is too exhausting, find some friends and do the paper together. But self study is a lot more efficient then group study because you might talk to your friends or need to wait for the slower one etc.

I feel like crying... so we bought a puppy about 2 weeks ago, we later found out she was extremely sick so we took her to the store, where they ALREADY KNEW, they said they could get her treated, so we left her there, now we got a work dump and we barely have anytime to breath so we decided to give her back, I want to give her for adoption, dad wants to sell her so he doesn’t loose his money, I asked around on Reddit and Facebook, and people keep calling me cruel... I.. I don’t know what to do

Its just so so hard.. my parents are like always angry at each other (more like my mum angry at my dad) but yea.. its just so frustrating.. i mean.. we used to do so many fun things together.. and like now.. irdk.. she keeps on saying 'I wanna be with someone who doesnt hurt my dignity', like whaa? when did we even hurt her dignity.. the only thing i did was not clean my room.. and that doesnt qualify.. also.. now she even refuses to go shopping with us?!?! its just so so messed up for god's sake!!!
