Is it necessary to have a tutor or is it possible for a pri. cand. to take multiple subjects and get into the exams from 1 year of studying? how long you guys think it would take for a pri. cand. to study and finish 5 subjects and get at least C's in all of them

for a private candidate it's not necessary for u to have a tutor. You should just study regularly. Talking about study materials, u can easily find textbooks in pdf forms, for me personally youtube was amazing to learn concepts

u can also use websites like znotes, savemyexams etc for flashcards and summarised notes

taking MJ25 and have been studying almost daily for a few months now (post syllabus-completion) and it's getting dull as hell !!! beginning of this month i decided i would do past papers (one of each paper for each subject) weekly then make saturday a revision day to fill in the gaps, but it genuinely feels like i'm not doing enough, i'm a little anxious omfg

my daily workload isn't too bad and i don't study for a crazy amount of hours, but i'm beginning to get bored. especially since i have other exams to prepare for after IGCSEs, so i can't even look forward to post-exams, i'm just going back to studying.. like..

i never had the intention of studying for 12 hours a day or anything like that, so it's not because i'm pushing myself extremely hard. again, i don't feel like i'm doing enough. even going out on a non-sunday feels like a crime because my brain's like "you've got stuff to study!" and it's tiiring release me like i can't do this omg

everyone feels like that before igcses, whether you are studying 12 hours a day or 6 hours, and it's okay to feel that way. Try doing things u like so that u don't feel burnt out, like for me, i used to have a "fun hour" everyday before my igcses. I used to spend that hour doing stuff I like, listening to music, talking to friends and just touching grass.

and honestly a month before igcses is really just depressing so try to not feel like that
