I'm always tired but I sleep like hella lot

sleeping a lot isnt a cure for fatigue necessarily , first of all you gotta sleep at reasonable hours , for example people who sleep at 5am and wake up at 2pm (cus summer) end up being very tired all the time , secondly its ur diet , you need to consume a good amount of water & food , id say 3 meals a day. Lastly exercising , if u are spending the entire time at home with no physical activity ur eventually gonna become very lazy and tired all the time so u gotta go out and get in some steps
