Try a different approach, or different methods of studying, and do a of schedule with a time limit for studying, dont just study for the entire day
Take a break : ) skip an unimportant lesson if u feel too overworked, and leave time to do other things u like. Ur mental health comes first before anything

I'm from Bangladesh

I gave AS levels in 2020

Got teacher assessed grades

I have my A2s this may june

And cambridge decided

To cancel in some countries and but take exams in south asia mostly

So my friend thinks that by giving an exam he would have an edge over the other countries when applying to unis

He says unis will know that I gave exam and ur grade matters more than those who got predicted grades

He sayin he will have higher chances of scholarship

Have a certificate that really matters

But I'm saying it's ridiculously robbing our grades

As we would be goin up against inflated grades from some countries our grade boundaries will exponentially increase
