to manage your time.. on the other hand depends on the lenght of the syllabus, and how you study

I would recommend, trying to do the most of your day, but setting a goal or a traget to follow, nothing to much or little, make sure to have breaks to not burn urself out, and use different study techiniques such as promodoro (90 mins study, 15 mins break), active recall (do questions to understand the topics), flashcards to quick memories.

And mainly spred you subjects in a way, that you study Subject A, then Subject B, then second day you study Subject C, and review subject A, and going in a way, that you always review the topic you did every few days so they really stick in your mind.

Valid, pomodoro is kinda cooked if you dont know how to lock in, that is the same case for me, but the best method, and trust me when i say it. Is jsut remove all distractors (even discord), and just lock in for 5 mins, do something you like and can cook, somehting which is fun and a bit challenging and just do for 5 mins, you will go into the flow mode, you wont even realise it been more than that, by the time you finish the task, try that.

As for school, that is a good place to clear your doubts and to make sure you dont fall behind, and tutoring the same, you can ask ur tutor to help you which this, and ofc you have to relax, take some time after school or tutoring to relax, (dont watch moives, that takes too long), but the point is not to burn out, cause then you will feel like you did so much for nothing, after than try the 5 mins method, have somewhat of a plan, but dont time urself, cause if you do, you will feel like the burnden to finish everything, which will create more pressure.

I know when i say to study for 5 mins and then not to time urself sounds contrasting, what i mean is like jsut for approx 5 mins, dont see the time, just start, and within 5 mins, if you can lock in for that long, you will auto lock in, just have a set of tasks lined up and you got this
