I need some tips on how to do pushups properly because I can only do pushups on benches
Just keep going till failure and take good rest, people over look rest and overtrain which puts them back. After you can hit like 30 easy incline push ups you should be able to do a few normal ones

do those incline, but i would also suggest you one technique. On the floor, from normal pushup form, go down slowly, and then instead of pushing back (which seems impossible for u right now) use your knees to push up (like knee pushup) and then repeat. The going down part should not be with knees. So its like half way normal pushup and halfay knee pushup.
But beware of the form when pushing back. If even with knees ur form is not solid, then incline is best

If you have resistance bands, I'd recommend using them to slowly develop more relative strength and to fix any mistakes in your form
Emphasis proper form and try to perform partial pushups throughout the day
Your body will notice the change in your habits and adapt
Additionally, try to set deadlines for new milestones as it will condition you to consistently pursue it

Never hold your breath when exercising. Inhale on decline and exhale on recline
It takes a week or two to adjust so don't worry
Do both low and high intensity cardio once a week to learn the rhythm
Purchase a jumping rope if possible. they're very fun and force you to adapt

you can easily get nose bleeds and pass out and passing out in a gym is too fucking dangerous whether you are in the middle of a lift or not, even after lifting a gym is not a place you want to fall at because of the hard surfaces everywhere and the awkward designs of the machines

To add onto that, vegetables are the best source of fibre plus they have vitamins minerals and antioxidants. If you really want to up the fibre, psyllium husk in water is amazing however it's best to introduce it slowly in small quantities. Nuts and seeds are great as a snack.

calisthenics can be exactly like weightlifting if you follow the progressions properly
i.e., a similar progressive overload(in form of reps id say), control the negative to be safe,
the only difference is tracking overload is a bit tougher cuz ur dealing with lower rep ranges, and form needs to be consistent but you can make it work
I do an hour
Depends on your deficit
Even if ur at maintenance or surplus its preferable for general cardiovascular health
Makes lifts go up and brace better
My deficit tells me
One hour would land me a disabled spot at the parking lot
If ur a beginner then i obv wouldnt recommend that

I lack some equipment at home and
I cant go to the gym cus its reallly far

First step is to simply enjoy doing it
Dont need to be consistent
Just try and do a bit more everyday
Well the treadmill doesnt directly build any muscle
It could be a catalyst to better muscle growth if paired with some sort of resistance training
But even a little bit of treadmill with a large deficit could make u lose muscle
So just get your diet in order first before thinking about cardio
Building muscle it not the top of my priority list atm

if you're just starting out I'd suggest you focus building your stamina first
